We only source Ceylon Cinnamon that uses a uniquely traditional manual method for processing and curing. Ceylon Cinnamon is the only globally branded Cinnamon and is exclusively grown in Sri Lanka. Ceylon cinnamon has a sweeter, more delicate flavour which may make it the perfect choice for premium desserts and lighter dishes. It is also less dense and will crumble under harsh handling. The aroma is sweeter and less harsh than its counterpart.
