We supply a range of finest couverture chocolates for hotels, patisseries and cafes. mini buttons come as 1 to 10 kg bags, there are three main varieties of Criollo, Forastero, and Trinitary. Most of our chocolates comes with the “Criollo” variety which produces finest texture and flavour profile.
